By using Rastafari.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rastafari.ai. Account creation and paid memberships are intended for users 18 and older, or for minors with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Rastafari.ai provides an AI-powered spiritual guidance and wellness experience ("Ra Oracle"), including conversational AI features, sacred text libraries, oracle card readings ("Daily Cards"), wellness and fitness content ("Ra Wellness"), voice calling and messaging between users ("Phone Booth" and "Pony Express Air"), and related tools. Some features are provided by third-party AI models and third-party service providers; your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time; deletion permanently removes your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Rastafari.ai offers optional paid subscription tiers, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system where required by the applicable platform. Subscription title, length, and price are displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with your Apple ID account settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Shop Ra orders are fulfilled through Shopify and are subject to Shopify's own terms in addition to these Terms.

Messages, contacts, and content you send through Pony Express Air remain yours. You are solely responsible for content you share. You can report or block another user directly within the app; reported content is reviewed and may result in removal or account action.
Ra Oracle provides spiritual, cultural, and wellness content for informational and inspirational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters requiring such expertise.
Responses from Ra Oracle and related AI features are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
Rastafari.ai, including its design, branding, sacred text compilations, and original content, is owned by Rastafari AI Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its content without our written permission.
Rastafari.ai integrates third-party services to deliver certain features, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Rastafari.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rastafari AI Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rastafari.ai after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
